| What made it worse was that I had customers complaining that their account levels had suddenly taken a nose dive and though I tried, I couldn’t detect the exact source of the fraud. I was trying to reassure them I was going to get to the bottom of this calamity. I started researching companies that provided website protection and came across a really effective solution from a company called TeleSign. TeleSign offered me a way out through their two factor authentication product. With two factor authentication, I now require a new customer to provide me with a phone number which is verifiable through TeleSign’s system. They send a unique PIN to my customer which they enter at the time they access the site. Without this added layer of security, they cannot log on to start a gaming session |
