One of the lawyers we worked for also did a lot of work with web site security providers and he told us that if we wanted to keep his business we needed to incorporate two factor authentication into our site to make it more secure. He was very impressed with one company called TeleSign and we promptly contacted them. They were able to deploy a two factor authentication solution at a very reasonable price the very same day we called them. The process behind the scenes was seamless to our customers. They were given a special PIN number once they logged into the site which they entered as a second way to identify themselves. The information then tracked back to their identity and verified the location of their deliveries as legitimate. After deploying two factor authentication we were able to put the brakes on the hackers (who were later apprehended and prosecuted) and thanks to TeleSign we have been rolling along with out any further incidents! |
