I was grateful to my friend at Interpol because he suggested I get a hold of TeleSign -- a company that protected the assets of many large corporations doing business overseas on the Internet. Being a not for profit company I had my doubts that they could help me without a huge price tag but I was pleasantly surprised to discover how affordable their solutions were. They seamlessly added a process to my existing website known as two factor authentication which creates an additional layer of security by requiring any user to have a second set of credentials to log in. The second set of credentials is typically provided to a user via telephone or SMS messaging. This helps to establish their identity as legitimate and keeps my site safe from any criminal activities. |
