| Much to my surprise when I called over to TeleSign they offered me a very cost effective solution called two factor authentication. Now when a customer goes into the website to create their personal profile they provide a primary phone number (either a land line or mobile phone) and TeleSign automatically sends them a unique PIN number that is associated with their customer record. Before they can access the record they have to enter the PIN on my site. It’s really straightforward and it keeps only legitimate users on my site. Thanks to TeleSign my payday lines are short and my growing list of brand new customers is long! |
