I helped Spread Word of two-step authentication from TeleSign

Incorporating a two-step authentication service keeps bulk registration and spam off your site. TeleSign uses two-step authentication to verify all users and new registrations in real time at any time of the day.

I explained how my company incorporated two-step authentication from a company called TeleSign, who had been very successful in their implementation of this product across many industries. The system ensures that our companies website users and any personal data they enter are protected from any form of data compromise. The concept is based on a second factor or PIN number known only to the user to authenticate their rights to access the site. TeleSign sends the PIN to something each user has, a phone number which can be either a land line or mobile phone, in order for the user to be granted initial access. The two-step authentication solution is customizable such that each and every log on can require the PIN as a precursor to receiving access to any data if the company chooses to require it.
