Their two factor authentication was the most effective way to ensure the integrity of my site, while at the same time being customer friendly. Through two factor authentication any customer wanting to rent space must register by using a uniquely generated PIN code which TeleSign sends to their phone number. The code is then entered on my site which assures me the customer is legitimate. In addition, I now have a detailed customer profile and a comprehensive list of what they will be storing.
