I didn’t want to pay upfront costs or monthly minimums and TeleSign only charges for each completed verification so their pricing model was perfect for an amateur webmaster like me. Through the use of phone confirm I was able to successfully require my users to verify their identities before they could register to post comments on the blog. TeleSign’s simple solution involved getting a verifiable phone number from each user and then sending out a special code or PIN number that was required to complete the registration page. Once the entered the PIN on my site they had access to the blog and could post relevant comments. I don’t have a technical background so I was really happy that TeleSign did all the integration on their end using a SOAP based API process that was able to seamlessly work with my site. Now my legitimate users are coming back to the site in swarms which thanks to TeleSign is again alive and buzzing with bee keeping activity. |
